Electric pressure test pump

DY type single electric test pump

The DY type single-phase electric pressure test pump (hereinafter referred to as the test pressure pump) produced by Haiyangyang Pump Industry Co., Ltd. is driven by 220V single item electric power, and is designed with a portable handle and a plastic water tank.

The pressure test pump produced by Shanghai Puyang Pump Industry has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable operation, labor saving, light weight of the whole machine, convenient maintenance and rust prevention. The DY type electric pressure test pump is driven by motor, which greatly improves the working efficiency.

DY electric pressure test pump performance parameter table:

Xiangyang DSY portable electric pressure test pump use attention points

  (1) Check the scratch on the hole in the plunger sleeve of the DSY type electric pressure test pump. If the DSY type electric pressure test has passed the leak test on the ST-990 or 3375375 tester, the plunger sleeve is available. If the amount of leakage is large, the plunger and plunger sleeve must be replaced.

  (2) Use a high magnification magnifying glass to check the burrs, carbon deposits and deformation in the pores. When the metering hole is damaged, the DSY type electric pressure test pump cannot work normally. Do not attempt to clean with wire, plug gauges, etc., should be cleaned with solvents.

  (3) Check the looseness of the fuel oil passage plug and the crack on the plunger sleeve.

  (4) Check the surface of the DSY-type electric pressure test pump plunger sleeve for damage and flatness in the black belt zone.

In some electric pressure test pumps, the oil groove of the nozzle end of the plunger sleeve has been eliminated.

1 Thoroughly clean and dry all the oil film on the plunger sleeve before applying the blue.

2 Use a flat plate (preferably a grinding plate) and a "blue agent" to check the flatness of the plane.

3 If damage or unevenness is found, it should be repaired by grinding. The abrasive used was A280.

4 Do not use abrasive cloth or wire brush on the contact surface of the plunger sleeve and nozzle tip.

  (5) If the 5/16DSY electric test pump is overheated, the gasket between the plunger sleeve and the electric pressure test pump may melt.

The nozzle head cap will be loose, so the following problems may occur:

1 Lubricating oil dilution or DSY type electric pressure test pump nozzle hole blockage.

2DSY type electric pressure test pump sleeve or plunger is damaged.

  (6) The oil inlet and return oil holes on the large-capacity plunger sleeve are about 1.27.65 mm higher than the oil holes on the standard plunger sleeve. The standard electric pressure test pump and large-capacity electric test cannot be mixed on the same engine. Pressure pump.

  2. Check the DSY type electric pressure test pump plunger ejector If the plunger ejector is too worn, it should be replaced.

  3. Check the DSY type electric pressure test pump plunger and take-over

  (1) Carefully check for metal scratches. Usually this is the only reliable sign that blocks or jams.

  (2) The top of the working surface of the plunger, the bottom of the opposite side, and the bright spots or surface scratches on the middle part are generally the normal result of the thrust of the rocker side.

If there is no metal peeling or measurable wear in these areas, the plunger can continue to be used. If the wear is too large, the plunger sleeve and plunger should be returned to the Cummins repair shop for a new plunger.

  (3) The fine streaks on the length of the plunger movement are usually the result of the thickness of the rust-preventing treatment layer being different. If you don't have obvious surface scratches, you can use it with confidence.

  (4) Check the crack and looseness of the plunger and the pipe fitting. See if you can turn by hand.

  (5) Excessive wear or damage may be found on the spring contact surface of the plunger adapter flange.

  (6) Check the wear or crack of the plunger socket.

Note: Be careful when handling, to prevent the test pump plunger from being damaged, and it may be scrapped if the plunger is damaged.

  (7) Check the coke on the small outer diameter of the taper end of the plunger.

  (8) The pinch of the top limit DSY type electric pressure test pump plunger can be solved by switching to a chrome plated plunger test pump.

  (9) The identification mark of the large-capacity plunger coupler is that the plunger has a wide oil return groove (6.73mm).

Note: Large-capacity plungers can be used in large-capacity plunger sleeves as well as in standard plunger sleeves.

  (1) Check the nicks and burrs on the seat.

1 Do not trim the ball seat by tapping the steel ball. The hardness of the plunger sleeve is the same as that of a steel ball, which can damage the steel ball.

2 If the ball seat is damaged, replace the plunger sleeve and plunger coupler.

  (2) If any damage or damage to the steel ball is found, the steel ball should be replaced.

  (3) Check the depth of the check ball seat. When the steel ball is released, the height of the steel ball must not exceed the surface of the sleeve.
